General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or ordering a service on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the contract The scope of these GTC covers products (book supplements, souvenirs) and services provided through the website operated by the service provider (hereinafter referred to as the Website). The contract is concluded electronically between the customer and the Service Provider, in Hungarian.

3. Ordering process The Customer selects the desired product. He sends his order by clicking on the “Add to Cart” and then the “Checkout” button. The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The contract is concluded with the confirmation.

4. Prices and payment terms The prices shown are gross prices (HUF). Payment method: Bank card payment (online), or [other methods, e.g. cash on delivery].

5. Delivery / Fulfillment The Service Provider will fulfill the order within 2-5 working days from the confirmation. Delivery method: Courier service / Parcel point.

6. Right of withdrawal The Buyer (if a consumer) is entitled to the following pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.)

14-day right of withdrawal. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the product. The intention to withdraw must be indicated by e-mail (info@mystellum.hu). Exception: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of products made to individual requirements (e.g. with a name).

7. Complaints handling The Customer may file a complaint with the Service Provider at the following contact details: info@mystellum.hu. The Service Provider will investigate the complaints within 30 days.
